Red Spruce have released a new rug entitled Sand Dollar, which has been designed by Troy Benoit. Michael Christie, owner of Red Spruce adds: “This design draws inspiration from the sea and its ability to influence and shape every coastal region. It is reflective of the visual style of Mr Benoit’s oeuvre, highlighting the strong contrast between positive and negative space inherent in his preferred medium of ink on paper. Sand Dollar explores the geometry of overlapping circles, the intricacies found within, and reminds us of the inherent beauty in ‘natural symmetry’.” Sand Dollar is available through Red Spruce stockists.
