Portuguese rug producer the Piodao Group has three interesting designs in its ‘Prêt-à-Porter’ carpet range, in which each rug is dreamt up by a different designer. The ANY rug by Pedrita Studio is made with unused wool from the production of other rugs so each rug is different and reflects the factory’s output that week. The PLAY rug by Luis Nascimento & David Rodrigues is based on a classic video-game and can be made in a variety of shapes and sizes. VOLUMES rug by Enrica Cavarzan and Marco Zavagno was inspired by the isometric representation of solid elements and features a three-dimensional design.
