Indisputably the most important rug event in the annual carpet calendar, Domotex Hannover at Deutsche Messe starts this week (16 – 19 January).Â
The 2016 show will see the return of Creative Matters, who took a break from the event last year. The Canadian brand will be exhibiting alongside Rug Star, Zollanvari, Sahar, Knots Rugs, Jaipur, Reuber Henning, Wool & Silk, Tissage, Theko, Tufenkian, Woven Legends, Thibault Van Renne, Amadi, Ariana and Ayka Design to name but a few.Â
Regular visitors to the show will become aware of three noticeable absences at the January 2016 event: cc-tapis and Floor to Heaven will not be exhibiting this year, while the fact that Jan Kath will not be taking his usual Hall 17 stand in 2016 after an 18-year presence at the show will no doubt become a talking point.
