One of the companies that will feature in COVER’s exciting FORZA TAPPETI: THE RUG REVOLUTION show in April in Milan is Knots Rugs.

With a distinctive style of its own which exudes bold colour and dynamic pattern, Knots Rugs has grown into one of the most active rug designers and retailers in London today. The company recently moved into a new Kings Road showroom along with the distinguished Italian brand Missoni Home. The development of the Knots Rugs’ style is blossoming under the company’s newest and quickly expanding collection English Eccentrics – from which the designs Country Garden and English Rose are taken – an anthology of bold Englishness and wild glamour.

Country Garden Pink, Knots Rugs

English Rose Blush, Knots Rug

The English Eccentrics Collection is the first full in-house collection from Knots Rugs and exemplifies exactly the great skill and design abilities that the company’s design team are able to achieve. This series refers to the patterns and textures of old tapestries with a vintage feel but with a wonderful modern twist. English Eccentrics is made up of four key pieces, the two bold florals Country Garden and English Rose, plus Modern Border and Brick, a design which was nominated for the highly sought-after Best Modern Collection in the Carpet Design Awards 2012 at Domotex in Hanover.

Do not miss Knots Rugs in Milan this year, along with some of the world’s most important rug brands – Jan Kath, Creative Matters, Chevalier édition, Zollanvari, Stile BK, Top Floor, to name but a few!!
