This year’s Decorex at Olympia London on 9-12 October is set to impress
Decorex never fails to impress. For rug design it is always a strong event and this year’s show at Olympia London on 9-12 October is set to be no exception.
Among many new designs, Knots Rugs will be revealing its next chapter of artist collaborations with painterly designs by German abstract artist Stefan Heyer and sculptor Sam Keil.

Tania Johnson Design will be celebrating the brand’s popular Water collection with new colours and shapes added to the series while Pinton will show its recently released collection with French designer Pierre Gonalons.

Riviere Rugs will launch the Collage collection an exciting series of five simple yet striking new designs made in Nepal.

On the stand of Vandra Rugs the new tapestry Ã…rstiderna /Seasons no 3 by Ami Katz will be on display. This will be joined by rugs by other Swedish designers Eva Schildt, Maja Johansson Starander, Lars Nilsson, and Ukrainian designer Yuri Zimenko.

Other exhibiting rug brands include A Rum Fellow, Matthew Wailes and Edition Bougainville and Portuguese brand Ferreira de Sá Rugs, who will be showing a new flatweave collection and some exciting new hand tufted rugs. Â
Alongside the brands on show, visitors will also get to listen to the talk programme, see the five room-sets of Decorex Diningscapes and watch live craft demonstrations, all upstairs at Olympia.
