German designer Davide Rizzo has designed a new rug for rug firm Oliver Treutlein. The Diamond rug, made of New Zealand wool, has 26 brushed brass diamonds incorporated into it, which make it look a bit like jewellery for the floor.

The rug looks great in different light conditions as the brass has a very different surface quality to the wool and subtly catches the light.
