A collaboration between Kvadrat and Vans has resulted in a collection of high-end trainers, chairs and beds entitled Stoflighed. Danish textile producer Kvadrat have supplied Vans with tundra and tonica fabrics, which were selected for their rich hues and textural, tactile qualities. To accompany the footwear series, the Kvadrat fabrics have also been used to upholster PK80 day beds and PK91 folding stools by Danish designer Poul Kjærholm. Featured in a selection of blues, reds and natural tones, the sneaker set was unveiled during Paris Design Week 2013 at Colette.
