COVER Connect New York returns to Manhattan this September, bringing together the international rug and interiors community for three days of exceptional design, craftsmanship, product discovery and industry connection

Visitor registration is officially open for COVER Connect New York 2026, returning to Manhattan from 26–28
September 2026.
Hosted by COVER magazine, the event is dedicated to celebrating the creativity, craftsmanship and versatility of high-end handmade rugs and carpets, bringing together leading brands, manufacturers, designers, retailers, architects and buyers from across the international rug and interiors industries.
Taking place across the Metropolitan Pavilion and The Altman Building in Chelsea, COVER Connect New York offers a carefully curated environment to discover new collections, explore emerging trends and create valuable business connections ahead of the autumn selling season.

A meeting place for the global rug community
From traditional rugs and flatweaves to contemporary artistic works, bespoke commissions and innovative flooring solutions, the fair provides a dedicated platform for visitors to explore the breadth and diversity of contemporary rug production.
The event offers designers and buyers the opportunity to meet makers, discover new products first-hand and discuss custom possibilities directly with exhibitors, reinforcing the importance of in-person connection within the industry.
We are also pleased to welcome six new exhibitors to the 2026 line-up: Nourison Home, Art de Vivre, Arsin Rug Gallery, Parviz Oriental Rugs, Ketenci Rugs and Turquoise Mountain.
Alongside the exhibition, COVER Connect New York will continue to provide opportunities for conversation and networking. Visitors and exhibitors are warmly invited to join the COVER Connect New York Party on Sunday 27 September from 7–9pm, with drinks and canapés at a private Manhattan venue that will be announced at the event.

Plan your stay in New York
With COVER Connect New York taking place during the week of the UN General Assembly, demand for accommodation across Manhattan is expected to be particularly high. To help visitors plan their trip, we are pleased to offer exclusive discounted rates at a selection of New York hotels, available through the official COVER Connect New York booking links.
We recommend booking accommodation early to secure your preferred hotel and take advantage of the available rates, as availability will be limited during this busy period.
Whether travelling for business or extending your visit to explore the city’s vibrant design scene, staying nearby offers the opportunity to make the most of your time at the fair.

Register today to secure your place at COVER Connect New York and join the global rug community for one of the industry’s most anticipated events of the year.
