In its fourth year, COVER Connect New York returns to the same two neighbouring Manhattan venues it occupied to great acclaim in 2023. Curated by COVER magazine, as always, the boutique, trade only show is focused exclusively on dynamic high end rug brands, and as such, it represents the pinnacle of professional rug buying opportunities in North America. We are delighted to welcome ten brand new exhibitors to the sold-out 2024 edition, hosted at the Metropolitan Pavilion and The Altman Building, 14–16 September. The show remains open until 3pm on Monday 16 September to offer two-hours more shopping time to weekday visitors.
With ten new innovative brands at this year’s show, the rug types available at COVER Connect New York continue to expand, providing further opportunity to discover different, creative products you won’t have seen at previous editions. ‘Woven Dreams: A Tibetan Rug Art Competition’ Awards Ceremony
Hosted by COVER Connect New York exhibitor, Bespoke Tibetan Carpets, this ceremony is taking place at 6pm on 14 September at Tibet House US, 22 West 15th Street, New York, NY 10011.
Attend to find out the winner of this competition, held to celebrate and promote the rich heritage of Tibetan rug artistry while fostering creativity and innovation within the global Tibetan artistic community. The owners of four CCNY exhibiting companies—Battilossi, New Moon, Tamarian and Creative Matters— are on the judging panel along with COVER Editor, Lucy Upward.
