The Rug Show at High Point Market (14-18 April 2018) has doubled its number of exhibitors, a sure sign that the first outing for this format at the last market was a resounding success.

The Rug Show at High Point Market (14-18 April 2018) has doubled its number of exhibitors, a sure sign that the first outing for this format at the last market was a resounding success.
New to the top floor of the Suites at Market Square are Obeetee, Brink & Campman, Nalbandian, Edelgrund and Andkhuy Rugs among others. Tufenkian, also a newcomer, will exhibit the fresh Moroccan-inspired design Rabat, while Lapchi is set to promote the beautiful textures and vibrant colour combinations of Galleria Battilossi’s work with the brand.
Here at COVER, we are pleased to say that we will be hosting a COVER Lounge—do stop by for refreshments and pick up a magazine when you are there.

COVER will also present Art Day in collaboration with The Rug Show and Creative Matters. In a number of workshops, the experts from the Canadian company will guide participants through the creative process of composing rug designs in a variety of media. Gretchen Auer from Obeetee will lead a CEUaccredited session titled ‘Custom Rugs: From Loom to Room’ with a focus on how to select and specify custom rugs for clients, and a panel including Reto Aschwanden from Label Step will discuss the concepts of fair trade, social accountability and sustainability in the design industry.
