Re Rag Rug is now exhibiting at the Swedish Institute in Paris, until 10th April 2016.

Re Rag Rug is an ecological design project created by Studio Brieditis & Evans. Using remnants of fabric from the textile industry, Katarina Brieditis and Katarina Evans created twelve unique rugs during twelve months using twelve different techniques, none making use of a loom. They explore the value of objects and the importance of design in manufacturing and recycling processes. One of the rugs won best Studio Design at the recent Carpet Design Awards 2016 at Domotex Hannover. All twelve rugs are currently on show at the Swedish Institute in Paris until 10 April 2016.
