A new collaborative collection between London based textile designer, Tamasyn Gambell and Forest London, a Scandinavian design shop on Clerkenwell Road, was launched on 23 April 2015.
The partnership follows a previous joint project in 2012 and consists of three exclusive prints in two colourways each, hand printed on slubby cotton canvas. The modernist aesthetic and bold colours are a wonderful compliment to the mid-century Scandinavian design aesthetic of Forest London furniture. The printed textiles have been used to upholster vintage wooden chair frames. Lampshades, wall hangings, cork coasters and cushions are also on offer. The collection, all manufactured locally to the shop, is available at Forest London to 23 June.
