Last year Italian design company Moroso celebrated it’s 60th birthday and as part of the ongoing celebrations Patrizia Moroso curated the exhibition, ‘Lo Sguardo Laterale: Moroso, une recherche entre Arts décoratifs et Design‘(The Look: Moroso, research between Decorative Arts and Design) at the Musée des Tissus in Lyon until 1 September 2013. The show documents the story of the brand, displaying not only what they have done but also what they could have done with prototypes, interpretations, and some mistakes. The company have worked with some of the biggest names in design including KVADRAT, Patricia Urquiola, Alexander McQueen, Issey Miyake, Jean Nouvel and Ron Arad.
The exhibition will be covered further in COVER 32, out in September.
