Olive is the start of a multidisciplinary project by Israeli designers Adi Tasa and Yoav Avinoam to “create new forms of communication between man and object”. The duo’s first piece of furniture in the series is this chair which “re-examines the bonds between upholstery and fabric”. The material covering the chair frame is a molded polyester-based textile which is heated and shaped.
