The late British clothes designer Alexander McQueen is to be celebrated in an upcoming exhibition at New York’s Met in May 2011. ‘Alexander McQueen: Savage Beauty’ will  celebrate the McQueen’s extraordinary contributions to fashion. The work on display will range from his Central Saint Martins postgraduate collection in 1992 to his final runway presentation in February 2010. The show will run until 31 July 2011.
