Timothy Liles is an American artist designer working in New Hampshire. One of his latest projects is Braid Dead Rug, a hand-braided, double-sided wool rug which combines traditional weaving methods with contemporary imagery. Liles will be participating in the Museum of Arts and Design’s Open Studio programme from 19-23 October, where he will be hand-braiding wool into circular rugs.
